I ordered a bike off them a few weeks ago, placed the order on a Thursday bike delivered next day. Can't get better than that.

It's just the xmas post holding it up. I waited or 10 days for something I knew had been sent. Typical Royal maiul at this time of the year.

Ordered a frame off them in the summer and no problems at all. They even rang me to make sure it arrived OK!

Normall I'd agree with that but I've been amazed by how quickly a few items I have ordered have arrived in the last week or two. For once I have nothing but praise for the RM!

I've only used them once or twice but they were excellent.

I ordered some brake blocks last month - I knew they were out of stock but they weren't that vital to me - they've not turned up yet either - so I think some supplies are late arriving ? What does it say on the website on your account ?

Bought from them twice in as many months (Basso Astra Frameset and a Blackburn Carbon Bottle Cage) and on both occaisions they delivered within 3 days of order and communicated all the way by email.

I will deffo use them again as and when I need things and their prices suit.

I've always found them pretty good - same as CRC or Wiggle. Had a bike and a frame from them (cheap in both cases).
