old skool Z1 'Zochis lock out not working

Postby mudcow007 » Thu Dec 20, 2012 12:24 pm

got a pair of Z1 free rides on my mtb

the lock out adjuster has snapped but you can still turn the adjuster with a pair of pliers but has no effect on the forks.

the forks basically lock out as your are riding/ put weight over the front of the bike

but an gradually returned to uncompressed state after 30mins or so.

anyone any ideas?

much love

Pah, they're not old. I've got '01 Z1 Bomber coils on the Inbred and they are still butterzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Ah the ECC cart.

Might be a service manual here:

Marzocchi only has basic 'Technical Manuals' on their website.

Marzocchi Service Manuals: http://my-sport.spb.ru/manual_1/index-16.htm

* those are the same service manuals that used to be on "http://manualer.happymtb.org/"
