Mate of mine has just bought a well used Specialised hybrid. Went out on it for the first time for a 20 mile run over the weekend wearing boxers under jogging bottoms. He has been struggling to walk for most of this week

My nomination for silly commuter songbook is thus

Miley Sirrus and Wrecking ball

I hope this hasn't been done yet:

Fat Bike Slim: Eat Sleep Ride Repeat

Edit: it has and it comes on a fresh chain rag: Image
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.
