Amusing Shapes with your Strava Traces

Postby bernithebiker » Thu Jan 24, 2013 17:31 pm

To help pass the time on those boring recovery rides, you should try to think artistically and create aesthetically pleasing drawings with your red ride trace.

To kick things off here's a nice pear that I drew the other day.

http://app.strava.com/activities/38440932

I've been trying to do a reasonable likeness of a set of gonads for weeks now, but I just don't think we have the roads for it.

Perhaps a prize to the first person to manage it?.....(No MTB, that would be too easy).

I'm also glad I'm not the only one to be thinking about this.

It would be a better challenge on Strava than "how many miles can you ride in a month"

While not a perfect representation, one of my mates dubbed this the "[male chicken] and ball route".

Winter: A frame, two wheels, some gears, a load of muck bla bla bla

I have this one covered:

Not even a bad route, managed to get 2 hours of tempo in, giggling to myself the whole way around.

Not being familiar with your 'region' but does this make Swindon the ar5e end of Britain :D

Maybe a lap or two round the 'ring' road to warm up is in order.
