What a miserable day! [:(] I'm stuck in doors with a hangover, watching some shocking cooking programme, bored out of my mind!

Why can't you cancel the gym membership, mine was easy just stopped the direct debit and sent them a letter explaining why i had stopped, have had no bother in fact have heard nothing from them!!

Well I do have to get out on my bike! Need to ride to Evans in Waterloo! Bought a load of parts yesterday, paid for them then rode off and left them in the shop! Doh![:(]

watched the f1 then me and the wife along with a couple of friends decided to go out on the bikes.did 14 miles got soaked but feel better for it.as they say get out and ride.
