Matt Frame - Cleaning

Postby Churchill123 » Tue Nov 20, 2012 15:37 pm

I have a pinarello with a matt painted frame.. whats the best thing to use to clean the frame and is it ok to use gt85 like others have mentioned to keep it from mud sticking, or do i need to treat it differently as its a matt frame?

It's hard work, i've got matt white and red on a frame and it's a nightmare to clean. Hot soapy water to start and then i have to remove the rest(greasy/oil marks) with a citrus degreaser and rinse with water after.
I wouldn't buy another matt frame.
