is there a particular reason you are only interested in these 2 pads?

Yes, but he was asking why you have only narrowed it down to those 2?

Have you tried any on?

Go to a real shop, or several, and try some on. Sizes and fit vary wildly across brands, and even across different models by the same brand. That, or order a few sets online and keep the ones that fit best. Pads are like helmets: you either do it properly or risk a lot of trial-and-error trying to buy them blind.

Bought the FOX Launch pro, feel comfortable enough. Bought them online too without trying 'til they got delivered! Shock ******* horror! Some people are far too anal about stuff on here, talk utter garbage, just buy some. If you've got nothing to compare them too they'll feel fine, next time you buy then you have your mark to compare with.
