Are Sailors and Pensioners the biggest risk to cyclists?

What is it about the South Coast, are Sailors and Pensioners really the biggest hazards we face on the roads.

If ever I see Popeye coming down the road with a blue rinse in a Honda Jazz then I m outta there.
