Scott Speedster 20 Upgrade

Postby simonbarrow1 » Sun Apr 07, 2013 22:25 pm

I'll keep this short.

I have a scott speedster 20 2013. The wheels are alexrim race 28s. I am looking for a wheel that will add significant performance to this bike. I am open to other upgrades, but this is the main one I feel will be worth my while. No specific budget, but I'm no bill gates. I am a relatively light rider at 65kg and will be doing a lot of climbing in the summer. I occasionally "do a cav", but due to my weight this shouldn't be an issue flex-wise.

Thanks in advance

Have a look at these. I have 60mm clinchers from here and they are excellent.

Good question. I'm also interested to know as u have the same bike and though the wheels have been fine for me would be interested if anything can give a big performance boost.
