shock/frame trouble.

Postby matt fairclough » Tue Aug 20, 2013 18:23 pm

I have recently had a lot of trouble with the shock end of my cannondale rz140(movement,rattling etc).
I replaced the bolts/bearings,greased and loctighted them,no improvement.
I have replaced the shock link which I thought would put an end to the problem,
athough there is no visible movement, there is still a knock when the shock compresses
and a bit of a rattling noise when I go over anything slightly rough.
Any ideas?Dont know what else I can do with it!

just a thought but is possible to apply grease/lubricant into the shock(rockshox monarch)
beginning to think its the shock itself..
