Returning to wiggle

Postby suzyb » Fri Sep 20, 2013 08:47 am

Returned an item to wiggle the other day using collect plus. Tracking says it's been returned to wiggle but my account says they are still waiting for it.

Do they just take a bit of time to process returns when they arrive back.

Bit of patience...these things take a bit of time to filter through the system

The last time I sent stuff back to Wiggle I used RM tracked, just as cheap as Collect+ as Wiggle refunded the postage and exchanged the shoes. Are you exchanging or refunding the item?

Might be worth an online chat to nudge it.

I placed an order and unusually it sat there unprocessed. I nudged them a couple of days later and it was pushed through. Sometimes things get overlooked.

Returning for refund. Doesn't fit :(

I'll give it another day or 2 then nudge them. This is the first item I've returned to an online retailer so wasn't sure how long they usually took to process.

I guess I expected it to be processed on the day it was received, as if they'd be rushing to process a refund

lololol just got an email from wiggle telling me they'd processed the return.

I really should learn to have the right amount of patience, I either worry about things too soon or not until it's too late

Has anyone ever put a small packet of Haribo in a returned package?
