Although Stoke is likely to feature, I'm not sure the response was entirely serious...

Good to hear that Yodel have committed to long term sponsorship (for the event, rather than any particular admiration of Yodel).

Ha! If my experience is anything to go by, the peloton will be delivered to entirely the wrong city, half of them will have gone missing and another quarter will have been sat on by the driver. Results will only be available by phoning a contact centre and holding for two days, and even then the bored idiot at the other end will be able to give you no more information than the result was apparently signed for by a 'Mr Hadley Biggins' and that you can't possibly have failed to receive it.

I don't think you're allowed to call it 'service' without falling foul of Trading Standards
My Men 2016 - Cav, Swifty, Tomekke, Valv, Eddy Bos, Spartacus, Styby, Nibbles, G.

Take them over Hardknott and Wrynose this year, that'll sort out the men from the boys...

Aren't there tales of the old Milk Race gaily taking some of the nastier Welsh climbs in the hope that some continental riders wouldn't believe the gradients on the map and gear up accordingly? Not that some of the Italian races haven't pulled the same stunt in recent years, of course.
