I can vouch for Superfeet Green for running but haven't tried the Blue one which is supposed to be suitable for cycling shoes.

Have been using the giro foot beds very comfortable and work fine, with 3 different arch heights.

Spec but get you feet measured if you can. You can do this at home with sweaty feet on a bathroom floor thou...
