Grizedale demo day report

Sun shines on the final demo day of the series

The final mountain bike Demo Day of the season - before the mother of all demo days at BikeRadar Live – took place at GrizedaleForest in the Lake District at the weekend, and it proved another cracking day.

The sun shone all day and the riders put the bikes through their paces on a course designed by mountain bike legend Will Longden.

It was a fitting conclusion to the series with lots of smiling faces as the public got to ride some of the best bikes on the market from Norco, Yeti, Lapierre, Diamondback, Trek, KHS, Pronghorn, Gary Fisher and Santa Cruz.

Grant Norris (event manger) said about the series: “This year we have put 1400 punters onto over 5000 rides. The series grows year-on-year both in attendance and choice of bikes available for testing.

I would like to thank all the hard working staff of everyone involved and look forward to next year’s series.”

If you missed out there is one more chance to get on your dream ride at this year’s BikeRadar Live on 30-31st May at DoningtonPark.
