The first iROC Adventure Race Weekend takes place from 18-19 April in Durham, northeast England.
The event takes place in a disused quarry and cement works at Weardale Valley – an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The weekend’s events include a night mountain bike time trial and enduro race, as well as two fell runs and two orienteering races. Each race lasts between one and four hours, with an overall prize pot of £2,000 for the winners across all six events.There will also be six mini-races starting at the same time as the main events, but following shorter routes.
