Developed to be the world’s fastest aerobar within UCI limits (3:1 rule), the monocoque base bar is 40cm wide and made of unidirectional carbon fibre, with fully integrated brake and shift cable routing.
The extensions (five-degree bend, 12-degree rise) and arm rests are again made of unidirectional carbon and are mounted on adjustable alloy “chimneys”. This enables you to adjust the length by up to 90mm and gives you two mounting positions for the arm rests, plus up to 16 degrees of angle adjustment.
Total claimed weight for the PRO Missile Evo aerobar is 570-595g. It's compatible with Shimano's Dura-Ace Di2 and 7900 groupsets, and will be available from the first week of June. RRP is £549.99.
PRO have developed a matching aerodynamic monocoque carbon stem, also called the Missile Evo. Again, this features internal cable routing, plus carbon front and top caps. It's available in three lengths (85, 95 & 105 mm) and comes with a 17-degree rise. Weights start at 280g (claimed). RRP is £199.99.
