Rapha Classic Wind Jacket - Just In

New chartreuse, orange color options for 2013

For 2013 Rapha has added chartreuse and orange options for its Classic Wind Jacket, a water-resistant piece with a tailored, on-the-bike cut.

There is a bit of stretch in the jacket, which is a bit heavier than a plain rain cape thanks to reflective strips down the front and back of the arm, taped shoulder seams, an adjustable waist and sealed zipper.

Sealed zippers on the pocket and main zipper

The offset zipper comes up to the right of center on the neck, and a small zippered pocket on the front provides storage for a cell phone or something smaller.

The tall collar stands up when unzipped.

The long tail has a reflective logo, and is tapered to curve around your lower body while riding.

The jacket folds up to fit in a jersey pocket, but is heavy and large enough that you can't just cram it in a pocket the way you can a rain cape.

Retail is $270/£170, and the jacket comes with a 30-day return policy.

The offset zipper terminates in the cloth hood. the tall neck stands up largely on its own: the offset zipper terminates in the cloth hood. the tall neck stands up largely on its own
