Goggles are a must for downhill mountain biking because they protect the thing we rely on most – our eyesight.

The Wild X fitted all the helmets that we tried perfectly, as well as looking spot-on. They include essentials like tear-off lugs for wet weather and an extra-scratch-resistant mirrored lens.

The hinged strap grips without fail and keeps everything firmly in place. The tri-foam design used is extremely comfy and allows enough circulation to prevent misting up. There’s also a clip-on roost guard to protect your nose if you feel the need.
