The SatMap isn’t cheap, but we like its overall combination of general bike (speed, time, ascent/descent) and navigation functions. The unit itself is rugged, with a replaceable screen and toggle/big button operation that’s easy even with gloved hands.
The large display is easy to read and you can buy maps (including Ordnance Survey) by area as you need them. Your own custom data windows appear at the base of the screen. This is the unit we keep coming back to, and we still haven’t exhausted all of its functions. If you want the best nav-only bike GPS, then this is it.
