Alpkit Hunka
BikeRadar verdict
"There's no excuse for not trying bivvying anymore"
The lightweight, waterproof bag simply can’t be beaten for a true ‘night under the stars’ experience – well, as long as it’s not pouring down with rain, as its minimal hood and drawcord don’t offer much protection.
But all in all, the Hunka does its job extremely well, keeping you dry inside and out.
Effectively a waterproof sleeping bag shell, it packs right down into its own pocket, weighs just 415g and costs a startlingly low £30.
A night in the Hunka will open up a whole new world of lightweight, back-to-basics touring.
