This new sealant from RRP is available in a thinner cross-country formula – as tested here –or a thicker heavy-duty liquid for large volume and downhill tyres.
It’s not latex-based so should last longer than some rival sealants, although it won’t be quite as fast at sealing holes.
Once in the tyre, this chicken korma coloured liquid seals small holes very effectively, although we were unfortunate enough to slash a tyre during testing for bigger holes.
So far, so good – time will tell how long it lasts before drying up, and how well it performs on bigger holes. We'll keep you posted.
