Luna Sport Long-Finger Team Glove (09) | $35
BikeRadar verdict
"Snug fit, minimal feel and ample wiping surfaces, but not enough protection for some mountain bikers"
Luna Sport's Long-Finger Team glove is a simple, effective item with a snug, stretchy fit and very light padding so they feel barely there.
The pull-on wrist is Velcro-free, making for a slim-fitting glove that won't snag expensive clothing items in the wash.
There are ample – and very soft feeling – wiping surfaces on the index finger and thumb for the inevitable runny nose, and in keeping with Luna’s eco-friendly company mission, the ventilating mesh back is made from recycled polyester/spandex.
In spite of the green materials and soft feel, the Team gloves have held up very well. About the only drawback we've found is the lack of any knuckle padding on the back – risk-taking mountain bikers, take note. Otherwise, they have proven to be a very comfortable option with a particularly minimal feel.
Luna offer the Team glove in three colours co-ordinated to match the rest of the line – including black – and all are true women’s sizes so choose accordingly.
