This jacket has received plenty of admiration for its styling on and off the bike. As a soft shell it doesn’t aim to give as much protection against the rain as a full-on waterproof, but its windproof and highly breathable material keeps you warm and comfortable on dry days.
It’s feature-packed – ventilation zips, lots of pockets and zip-off hood – and an excellent fit, the stretchy fabric allowing movement and layers to be worn underneath.
The collar is a bit stiff, though, and catches on helmet straps, and the thumb loops tend to pull the wrist closures too high up the hand. It’s available in bark/white and green/white, in sizes XS-XL.
