RH+ are a new super-stylish, high-performance brand from Italy, but their clothing is very expensive and you need to get your size right. Double cuffs, a deep “Grip Fit 180” hem strip and tall collar, plus wind- and showerproof ‘AirDryGold200’ fabric give the Powerlogic jacket impressive weather protection in vile sleet conditions.
Side vents and a lighter-weight central spine strip reduce steam build-up and three back pockets give plenty of storage space for long base rides. We couldn’t find any noticeable effect from the reflective ‘Thermotron’ chest panels “with laser heat-treatment equipped to produce heat by sunlight”, as the sun was rare on our test rides. We were happy wearing it on dry sub-zero rides or wet and windy rides up to 10C.
