The Lightweight, as the name suggests, is a light, airy jersey that uses a Sportwool blend (25% merino, 75% polyester), with tight mesh on the outside and a soft feel against the skin.

Features include a mesh back panel, two easy access angled pockets and a zippered full-width pocket that easily swallows a cycling shell. There's also a discreet valuables pocket and a silicon gripper at the back. The Medium size is fitted without being clingy. The back is very roomy though - it looks a bit baggy off the saddle but suits a riding position. For bone dry days only!

The Rapha Lightweight jersey has been designed for the most demanding, hottest rides. On the big day, this is the jersey to reach for. The jersey uses a lightweight SportwoolTM with eyelet construction for optimum moisture transfer. This hybrid fabric is the same that is used by the RaphaCondor racing team. A full-length mesh panel increases breathability where most needed. The lined, three quarter length zip allows extra ventilation on climbs. The jersey has two generous cargo pockets and a zipped valuables pocket. An additional, full-width mesh ‘ballast’ pocket is perfect for carrying gilet, armwarmers and kneewarmers. There is even a hidden pocket for performance aids (caffeine pills and salt tablets, presumably…).
