The design of Adidas’s range of high end road shoes hasn’t changed much over the year. This isn’t due to laziness or a lack of foresight it’s just that they’re on to a good thing with the original design. 

The thinness of the Prolite carbon sole is instantly noticeable. It places feet in direct contact with the pedals and gives perfect feedback without any discomfort. 

The meshed upper forms into its own tongue and is secured with a buckle and two Fast Straps. The straps are light and easier to adjust than standard buckles and sit in close to the profile of the upper. 

The black and white design is very seductive and the fast looks are matched by an airy lightness. These are very light, powerful summer shoes that we can imagine wearing dancing up some classic col on a scorching summer’s day. 

A few of us got a bit of heel slip, so make sure you get the right size.
