Specialized Bicycles BG S-Works Road Shoe | $280
BikeRadar verdict
"Specialized's best ever road race shoe"
Specialized have had an on-off relationship with the BOA system for a number of years now. This is version three and the best so far.
BOA’s advantage is that it is easy to adjust on the move, and it spreads the closure forces across the foot for an extremely secure and comfortable fit. It also helps eliminate hot spots.
The design is also lighter than a strap and buckle combination and Specialized claim this to be the lightest production road shoe with a mechanical closure. However, we reckon Scott’s Limited shoe beats it on weight.
A full FACT carbon sole (same as on the Pro shoe) maintains race stiffness, and light, tough Micromatrix upper with metal meshed panels keep your feet cool. The Body Geometry footbed can be custom fitted.

These shoes are SWEEEEEETT!!!!
They are a Pearl white and look the dogs!
The BOA system makes for a very nice all over fit.
I got mine for £125 but would still have bought them at full price.
