There're two reflective patches at the rear and a stretch panel at the base of the laces, though it's a bit low to tuck away stray ends. The main issue with the Sports is that the sole is very flexible across the ball of the foot - you can bend the shoe in half with your hands, like a regular trainer. The tread of the shoe is very smooth but grippy and the cleat depth is also the smallest on test. Although Decathlon aims them at cycle tourers, we felt they were really too flexible for anything serious - but they are light, comfortable, and cheap.
