High-end short that does everything perfectly right

The FI Mille bib features our favourite chamois and is the definite choice for regular hard riding. The chamois copes with year-round miles and easily withstands the regular rotation from road to washing machine.

The big terry section at the front of the chamois keeps them fresh when the heat starts to take effect, and elsewhere the Assos spandex fabric gives the shorts a gentle touch and soft shape.

All the seams are flat-stitched on the inside so as not to break up the smooth lines of the outer. The subtle leg grippers also do a fine job without the overkill of circulation-blocking elastic. At a shade over £100 they're in the highest price bracket but they're a worthwhile purchase when you add up the miles of comfort they deliver.
