Our review
Rather hefty trousers for packing, but tough enough overall for the long haul

Endura is definitely pitching for the all-day trouser market here. They’re heftily constructed, with Velcro storm flaps over the leg zips, a press-stud waist fastener, zipped fly and webbing belt, but aren’t the quickest to get on or off.

The fit is great, though, with stretchy knees and lower back panels to aid movement. There’s also enough room for layers underneath.

While the fabric is generally substantial, Endura has added reinforcement at the seat and inside the lower legs to ward off abrasion from saddle and cranks.

A waterproof zip on each side provides access to mesh pockets, while a second pair of zips simply open into the inside of the trousers so that you can reach any pockets you may be wearing beneath.

It’s perhaps a redundant feature on trousers that don’t really lend themselves to packing just in case. Like all the trousers here, the Tech-Pant isn’t breathable enough to keep pace with high-output riding, but if you’re a fan of the ‘pootle up, hammer down’ ride in all weathers, Endura’s offering is just the job.
