Shimano CN-7900 Dura Ace Chain (09) | $70
BikeRadar verdict
"Smooth, reliable and not too heavy either"
This all-new asymmetric Dura-Ace chain with slotted inner plates and hollow pins is pretty light, and its performance is silky smooth at all times.
The front shifting in particular felt great, and our high-speed filming showed it to be a fuss-free shift.
There’s a new tool-less QuickLink to join the chain available shortly, but you can still use the current Shimano link pin to rejoin the chain if you want.

i always see that some sram sponsored pros use dura ace chains. that says a lot as well about how superior shimano chains are, i think. .

LOL. The Shimano CN-7900 Dura Ace Chain maybe silky smooth with a Shimano cassette but DOES NOT WORK with an SRAM 11-26 Red Casette. I tried it. It bunches up on the 11t cog. I think due to Shimano's patents the SRAM cassette only has three places where the chain will change cogs, whereas Shimano has four. Be warned. :-)
