Reluctant Half-Link Chain
BikeRadar verdict
"A smooth half-link chain that could put an end to your chain length problems"
Getting the chain the perfect length on single speed bikes can be a pain, especially if you're experimenting with different gearing or you're trying to be a clever dick and doing the horizontal dropout thing...
Using a half-link on its own can sort the problem, but a complete half-link chain is the best bet - like this offering from Reluctant.
Previously, I couldn't get the chain length exactly how I wanted it on my Static S-Park frame, but the half-link chain now means the back end is tucked up nicely. The chain also runs super-smoothly and we haven't discovered any flaws to date.
