SRAM has worked wonders with the whole RockShox range to give them stunning reliability and complete consistency. Every pair of Rebas we've ridden has been totally trouble free, rapidly loosening from a stiff start to get plusher and plusher however long we ride them, or little we look after them. Positive and negative air springs let you either set a limousine plush or more stubborn spring rate. Motion control damping is very consistent - except occasional hyperactivity on really long, multi hit descents - and lets you tune rebound, compression and lockout thresholds. The Poploc remote lockout lever is a joy to use too - although the cable does need regular lubing - while the fork top lever version is £329. The Team only saves 25g over the Race and SL but weight is reasonable anyway, and it's as stiff as you'll need it, too. 85mm travel, U-Turn travel adjust, coil sprung and even carbon crowned versions are also available
