We like the very simple soft-compound waffle pattern and we prefer grips without a big name embossed into them, although, realistically, if you use good gloves it's hardly an issue one way or the other. Like all ODI-made grips, this has a screw-tightened end plug. They tend to be a little cheaper than other varieties, presumably because of Bontrager/ Trek's buying power...
