Riser bars are getting lower all the time, but Salsa have been making this super wide flatty for years.
Well it's nominally flat but it works best with a slight upturn anyway. The backsweep starts a lot earlier than on riser bars too so even the 5 degree here puts you a long way back and the 9 degree is a proper cruiser bar.
