In cyclo cross the bell lap refers to the final lap of competition, and this type of handlebar has gained a cult following within the American cyclo cross community. The hand-holds on the Bell Lap's drops bend outwards to 50cm wide.

Our review
The 46cm version is great for broad-shouldered riders.

In cyclo cross the bell lap refers to the final lap of competition, and this type of handlebar has gained a cult following within the American cyclo cross community.

The hand-holds on the Bell Lap's drops bend outwards to 50cm wide, which isn't for everyone. There are two versions that don't, however, and both are 48.5cm wide - the Short & Shallow and the lighter Pro Road version. They weigh 372g and the widths range from 42-46cm, measured centre to centre.
