Although its name suggests all-mountain use, with a 790mm width, the AMX bar from new-to-the-UK company Loaded is aimed at serious gravity riding. The 25mm rise, eight-degree backsweep and four-degree upsweep sound comfortable in theory, and prove to work well in practice too.
After throwing some serious gravity-based shredding at the bars, we haven’t come across any problems, even after a couple of good offs and tree bashes that could easily have caused some bending! The price is slightly high, but they still look great after a lot of use, and they come in a plethora of colours.
