Bontrager Rhythm Pro Handlebar 09 | $79
BikeRadar verdict
"A light, high and comfy, but flexy, trail bar"
Bontrager’s Rhythm sits right on the trail/big bar borderline and offers a reasonably light, well leveraged, highly comfortable ride.
It only comes in a 50mm rise, which combined with a sprung feel makes it a very comfortable long-haul bar. Limited layback means the upright position doesn’t make the front wheel wash out too badly and it doesn’t add excess weight to the bike.
The 711mm span gives plenty of leverage without clipping too many trees and there’s very little trail buzz. The high level of flex and light feel mean it’s not for aggressive riders or high control fans though. There are no trim marks or rotation/centring guides, apart from the front logo.
