The Vesta looks like a comfortable saddle, but it received a mix of different reactions from testers. The main feeling was that it was a little too rounded across the top, which led to the scooped centre section pushing upwards and inwards when riding.
Tilting the saddle nose up slightly seemed to increase comfort, but riders then felt as though they were creeping back along it.
Oddly though, some blokes really liked it with the nose angled down slightly, as this gave a sort of cradle shape to sit in, rather than on. It might be that Fizik have made a good unisex saddle, but an average women’s one.
