WTB Jaxon V review

This is a brand new jump seat from WTB and they've really done their homework. The pudgy dimensions and rounded corners stop your trousers/ shorts getting hung up and there are grips under the nose and tail.

Chunky jumping saddle that's a bit on the pricey side

This is a brand new jump seat from WTB and they've really done their homework. The pudgy dimensions and rounded corners stop your trousers/ shorts getting hung up and there are grips under the nose and tail.

The fat width and deep padding minimise bruising on hard landings and the back, top and sides feature three different fabrics chosen for maximum durability.

The extra thick shell should prevent splitting and the super thick 8mm rails are reinforced with steel to stop them splaying apart in a crash. Fore/aft adjustment is limited and the saddle is heavy but neither are big issues for jumpers. The price is a bit high though.
