Our review
Lightweight and robust despite maximum carbon content

Easton's range-topping seatpost only uses metal in its twin clamp bolts, as everything else is crafted from carbon fibre. Moving the saddle fore or aft requires loosening of both clamp bolts but the large clamp limits the range of adjustment.

Saddle tilt is changed by adjusting the front clamp bolt before tightening up the rear bolt to secure the position. The low weight is spot-on for this price and the vibrations felt from normal roads are very well damped too. Easton’s clever shaft cross-section helps relieve clamping pressure so this almost all-carbon beauty should be hard wearing too.
