The bladed spokes in these wheels are so deep there’s room to write ‘Miche’ on them. They’ll offer a slight aerodynamic advantage over rounder spokes. The rear wheel has twice as many spokes on the drive side to prevent breakage there. While both wheels remained true, we’re not entirely confident they’ll stay that way because the spoke tension isn’t as consistent as it could be.
The hub bearings are easy to get at and adjust if needed; ours were fine. The rim has a dimple in it for judging wear. Reasonable all-round wheels, but others offer much the same at a cheaper price.
