This is a very popular bar, with a good caramel flavour and a thin chocolate coating.

The packaging is tough enough for abuse but beware of keeping them in a hot car - that chocolate will melt and separate. Having said that, the High Five range does have other non-coated offerings, so if you are a fan then you just need to pick the product to suit your ride.

  • This is a great tasting bar. I use them very regularly in training, especially during the winter. They can melt easily if it is too warm but in the winter when other bars get so hard its impossible to chew them the High5 bar stays soft.

    Its so tasty in fact that I can't stop myself snacking on them off the bike... particularly the caramel flavoured bar!!

    I wouldn't use the bars for racing because it takes longer to digest than Gels or Drinks.
