Mule Bar review
BikeRadar verdict
"The good quality ingredients and absence of unnecessary preservatives or colourings make this a bar you could eat as a regular pre-ride snack, or to keep you going on a long ride"

Here is a bar with ingredients you can recognise. A mixture of dried fruit, oats and nuts provides a lot of carbohydrate, and the low fat content means this bar would be quickly digested.
It's soft and easy to eat. Not as sticky as pure apricots, not as dry as oats. The makers characterise it as 'fuel for adventure'.
The sugars (from rice syrup and apricots) will be absorbed rapidly and starchy carbohydrate (from oatmeal and oats) will provide a sustained flow of sugars into the bloodstream.
Flavours: Hunza Nut, Mango Tango, Pinacolada, Chocolate Fig

Had the apple strudel one and it was very tasty - good texture, chewy but not dry. Quite dear but worth it not to be filled up with horrid additives. Will be buying more.
