We like the fact that the lower strap fixes at the back of the pad – it means the Velcro doesn’t collect quite so much mud. The Lycra sleeve is comfortable and the coverage around the knee is good, especially considering the pads’ low weight.
They do a good job of staying where you want them and we’re big fans of the price too. They do tend to heat up pretty quickly, though. We’d also like to see some padding around the sides of the pad to take the brunt of the knocks. They didn’t articulate as well as some of the other pads we've tested recently either.
