Mobi Pressure Washer review

BikeRadar verdict
"Makes cleaning your bike anywhere a doddle. Makes you wonder how you got by without one"

We’ve all been there: standing in a car park looking at your mucky bike beside your pristine motor, thinking, “Why me?”
The solution? The Mobi is a clever little compact pressure washer small enough to store in your boot yet powerful enough to take on the grime.
It can be run from your car’s 12v output or from a 240v mains socket. You simply fill it with 15L of water and take it wherever something needs washing.
Pressure is adjustable between 45.5psi and a whopping 130.5psi. This adjustability makes it handy for washing a lot of other stuff too (including yourself).
Although it’s not power-washer strength, at full-chat the little Mobi is more than enough to clean a bike yet won’t damage any bearings or seals in the process. You may need a sponge to shift dried-on mud, but wet mud is quickly washed off.
You can get three bikes roughly cleaned, two bikes well cleaned or one bike immaculate with one 15L caning. Everything stows away neatly in the elasticated side netting and operation is virtually silent.
Chunky plastic construction makes the Mobi fairly heavy, especially when fully loaded, and if you haven’t got an outside tap you may have trouble filling it – the unit is too big to fit in a kitchen sink.
That aside, it's ideal for taking on those car assisted adventures or for anyone after a fully portable washer who doesn’t need the full-on strength of a jet washer.

This hand powered pump does the job for me and leaves more money for buying shiny bikes parts.

Fantastic product, great build quality and ok its no Karcher pressure washer but its plenty powerful to get all the crap off after a serious muddy ride.
We were so impressed we purchased 3 for our Sussex based club.
Big thumbs up to Mobi!

Mine only lasted 3/4 of a tank and then stopped working, power was good as the light was on but no motor.
Very disappointed! for the money I don't expect that kind of thing to happen.
Also remember pressure isn't everything flow rate is also needed.

Very satisfied so far. Works properly, very quiet. One suggestion : turning your car key on ACC may not be enough,be sure to turn on the engine as the extra voltage gives a lot more power to the Moby's pump.
