Australian Wallaby Bar – Cashew & Sesame

It's interesting to note that this bar packs in more calories per 100 grams than the performance Power Bar [see link], thanks to its choice of ingredients - cashew nuts, mostly.

 

This makes it much higher in fat so you can't digest and use the extra energy as quickly as you can with carbohydrates. This bar was also the first to fall apart in our bag, so expect to be munching crumbs if you don't look after them.
