Beema's AS2000 is very powerful for the price but we had some issues with the beam and the bag.
The twin LED head is small enough not to shake on rough trails, despite the simple O-ring attachment and slightly narrow foot. The power it puts out is very impressive for the price, particularly in terms of lux rating and distance.
Its battery life is long enough for full chat most of the time and there is a two-year warranty on all of the light's parts. There's a pronounced gap between the central beam and halo, which can be disorientating and there's a flash mode 'jump' between low and high settings.
The slippery battery bag also needs a secondary strap or a ziptie to stop paint scuffing and the helmet mount is basic too.
