SKS Chromoplastic P35 | $47.72
BikeRadar verdict
"The P35 is the standard by which all guards should be measured"
SKS's P35 mudguards are made from a plastic and foil sandwich called Cromoplastic which is virtually indestructible.
They’re available in a standard narrow width or a broader version to fit around touring tyres. Our test models were easy to fit and once everything was tightened they didn't catch or rub at all.
The P35s feature Secu-Clip, a safety measure that lets the stays release from their fixing if something gets stuck between the tyre and mudguard. The fittings and stays are stainless steel.

User review of SKS Chromoplastic P35
I sold these many times when I worked in streetlifecycles in Norwich (01603 626660). They are a bit of a pain to fit, but once you've done it, they are brilliant. I've seen several sets on commuting bikes that are several years old and still in good nick. Well recommended.
