The Deus XC uses a standard thickness synthetic leather palm with 2mm foam padding, meaning it has good durability and gravel rash protection. The extremely thin stretch mesh is very comfortable and offers great ventilation.

The mesh back is susceptible to bramble attack, though and they’re not the best looking gloves.

However, we like that the rubber wrist closure is on the underside, which is the most comfortable placement. There’s a good sized sweat and snot wipe on the thumb too.

    An excellent glove, I would say its similar to the 661 Raji yet slightly thicker and with a more durable construction. Handlebar feel is excellent and the finger tips grip very well to levers also.

    Not the best looking of gloves but thats hardly a priority for me when I'm buying gloves to be honest,

    Fit is great as the material as the mesh is very stretchy, for the price I don't think you can go too far wrong!
